Fernando was the technician who came out to help me today. He was very professional and helpful. He took the time to walk the yard with me to pinpoint the problematic sprinklers and he went above and beyond by teaching me how to use the irrigation panel. Couldn't be happier.
Use caution when on the road and you see their trucks…Here in Hillsboro the driver likes to run red lights and almost cause a crash when we had a green light and were driving thru an intersection..Honking and slamming on the brakes to avoid being T-boned Driver of the truck rolled down the window and gave the middle finger as a thank you for not hitting them.. Very Unprofessional and seems to align with some of the reviews here…
Extremely dissatisfied with the workmanship/professionalism/pride of this company. We purchased a new build home and decided to add on landscaping and irrigation at the time of purchasing for convenience. Although we knew it would be convenient to just pay for it and get it done prior to moving in it was a poor choice on our end. Prior to laying the landscaping, we noted with our realtor and the head of the new development our concerns with the ground being leveled prior to laying sod.
