Lori was professional but I was concerned about Tom's review 3 weeks ago with some fine tuning adjustments, {calibrates} the instruments and why he had to make two visits. I like to know the frequencies and the decibels readings. And if the instrument was recently calabrated. Photo of Tom Tom 3 weeks ago Lori provided great service along with pertinent information related to my devices.
