This was my first time with Ashland Audiology. Lori explained every step of the process as we were going through the hearing test and what my results were. When we were finished she explained my options that my insurance would cover (styles, cost) and the time frame that I had to make a choice. If I had any questions she answered them. I am very pleased with the quality of service I received.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple, loved having the ability to fill out my forms electronically.
Very polite. Explains everything to were I understand it. Let me ask questions and they answered them to best of their ability if they weren’t sure. She made me feel relaxed about the test I was scared. Thank you so much for everything you do!!
Lori was both professional and personable. Hard to find nowadays. The tests were very comprehensive and Lori explained everything well.
