Can't even get into them
Called from Madeline Island and vet staff wouldn’t give me any advice for triage while I was planning on transporting my dog after getting hit. They kept saying they aren’t taking new clients and that I should call around and have literally no comfort other than a scripted “bring her in”. When I live on an island, it’s difficult to do that. I was asking for help with checking for injuries and they’re completely useless. Go literally anywhere else.
This is the place you want to bring your fur baby. They have the BEST staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and actually care for you and your pet!
I seriously can not give them enough stars. My German Shepherd has had a rough past with previous owners (abuse, neglect, abandonment) so when I rescued him he had a little bit of baggage and as he has grown older his past has started catching up with him health wise.
