I finally received a call back from their office today. They’re in the process of resolving the issue with answering the phone and returning calls. They have two people answering the phones. I spoke with a gal today who was very nice and helpful. Dr Zand was recommended to me by my sister. I made my apt over a month ago. Well, Dr. Zand is indeed great! His assistant there is as well. The front counter is good as well but the one thing that isn't so great, and I'm sad to say, is when you call in, there is a message that doesn't give you any options for live conversation. I've left 4 messages so far, and talked once live with a person (finally got through after multiple attempts) and spoke to them regarding a prescription that was filled incorrectly.
