Came here after my car was rear ended. Despite some minor setbacks requiring my car to be held longer than anticipated, the team did a phenomenal job and even washed my car before pickup! Happy overall.
Excellent customer service from the beginning, a very thorough assessment of the repairs needed by Ann with photographs taken, a clear plan of the work needed and a fixed cost, were able to fit us in quickly. The work is exceptional, I'm so thrilled that our car looks like new again, would highly recommend.
Helpful, friendly, no drama service from the team. I arrived with my car unannounced and Ann was quick to ensure my car was looked at by one of her team.
Very good job and reasonable charge. Ann is very responsive and helpful; she explained everything very clearly what they need to do and how they charge the work. I feel very comfortable dealing with her the whole process. At the beginning she quoted the work based on second hand parts but it turned out they have to replace some with new ones, Ann managed to absorb the extra costs and didn't charge me more. I'm very grateful for that.
Great work, quick turnaround, transparency and fair price. All added up to a great experience. Was a little skeptical at first as I had only used the google reviews, but I needn't have been. Ann and her team did wonderful job on a bonnet dented by a towbar in a carpark. Great communication throughout
