I was treated very well. The receptionist at check-in desk very friendly and professional. The Medical Assistant was very efficient, professional and friendly as well. Dr Patel did a great job of explaining what was happening with my back in a very clear and easy to understand manner. He took time to make sure I understood the options, and what would happen if I chose surgery.
