This was my second time going to see Dr Upadhyay at CT advanced spine I gave him a five star review because from the first time I walked in to the office It felt very warm and welcoming the very nice lady in the front was very nice and helpful when I first called to make the appointment I now know her name is Deepika when you get to your apartment it's less than 5 minutes before you are in the room and Dr Upadhyay is in the room. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. U, and the receptionist including the Dr. was a pleasure to deal with.
Very knowledgeable and professional yet personable. I felt heard and supported in the quest for addressing my back pain issues
The doctor doesn’t listen to his patients. Tries to tell you you’re fine, when you show concern about pain. Cuts you off while you’re speaking like he doesn’t care. Every appointment felt like a waste of time none of my concerns about my health was answered. I was told I’m only a surgeon, I think you should go somewhere else. Worse doctor office I ever been to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL .
