He didn't seem too concerned or interested in what I had to say or the issue that I was having. As with any doctor, he was rushed, impatient, and wanting to move on to bring the next person in. Not to mention the 45 minute wait in the room until someone came in and asked if I had been seen yet. Or the cold attitude of the front desk. And, naturally, not being told of the high price through a third party company until that company called me the next day telling me "that'll be $300+". A nice first time experience..
I never been to this office. I live four hours away and never heard of Dr. Chaddha. I called several times to ask why they billed my insurance and billing me the balance when I never was there or even know this doctor. No one even bothers to call me back. This is fraudulent billing done two times now. Not sure why no one will call me back or help me. Very frustrating!
