The review is for the facility not the doctor. I tried to schedule an appointment at 4:40 and the calls say “please try calling us during our normal business hours 9 am to 5 pm”. Those are normal business hours. I spoke to the answering service who said that the answering service starts taking the calls at 4:15. Why would a facility stop taking calls at 4:15? I is this typical of atlantic health??
