We had Ashington Homes build our duplex in Ryde, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. I had a pretty frustrating experience overall.
Simeon has always been so helpful to us. From the first consultation he was very open and honest about everything and patiently answered all our questions. He also gave very genuine answers on renovate vs rebuild and didn't hold anything back when talking about builder options beyond his own company. Even offered to take us to site to better explain the various key choices in any build, pros and cons, etc. After all this we encountered financial barriers and couldn’t go ahead.
