What an amazing GP practice. I was very grateful for the receptionist and the doctor who called back to get me seen on the same day. Dr Patel was very caring, reassuring and ensured I got all the investigations necessary. Thank you very much to all the hard working staff!
One word, rude! Receptionist was so patronising and condescending, I was gobsmacked. I won't ever call this unhelpful surgery again. Made me feel belittled and with having mental health problems, I find this unforgivable.
