I had to pick a new primary doctor so I picked Dr. Ashima Salwan. She was recommended by my OB-GYN Dr. Jessica Flynn. I have had three for four visits with Dr. Ashima now. She is a caring and informative doctor. She is helping me with improving my health. I appreciate where the Elgin office is located and it is somewhat convenient for me to go there since I live in Elgin. She is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend her to others.
PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR! You will be waiting for an hour in the check in lobby and then you have to wait another hour or two to see this unreliable doctor. She don't care about her patients. She don't refill medication on time. She don't want to touch you to check your symptoms at all. She had my sister-in-law waiting in waiting room close to 2 hours and she had to refill her oxygen tanks 4 times. She don't check your labs results until you bring it up during your next visits. Highly recommend Dr. Salwan, amazing doctor, takes her time and listens to all your concerns. Janet, front desk, as well is very helpful and keeps you updated with any changes, very professional.
