I have been going to Dr. Ashida for several years now and have always found her to be an excellent dentist and a wonderful person. Her staff has always been courteous and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.
Poor service ... went to get my tooth pulled out cause it was bothering me come to find out it hurts even worse now definitely not recommend and will not be going back I had better service in prison plus it was free and where my tooth was pulled out doesn’t hurt ..

For my records they wanted to charge me $25 and it would take some time to get the files. Then I asked what if a doctor requested them. They said it would be free and the doctor would get them in a couple of days. I feel something is wrong here. Because the times don't match up. I do not recommend Ashida. It feels like they are holding me hostage there because they dont want to give me my records unless I pay a astronomical fee and wait a long time.
The staff including ashida are grumpy and not willing to work with customers. They wanted to charge me a unreasonable fee for my records and told me it would take weeks. But that if I had another dr make a request for them, they wouldn't charge and they would get them right away. Something is not right here. I dont trust them. I do not recommend ashida. It feels like they are holding my records hostage.

The staff are amazing and always makes me feel welcome. The office is very clean and it's in a great location. Dr. Ashida is always very thorough with her work and does a great job. I highly recommend them.
I came in to Dr. Ashida's office to get a crown on a 2-year-old root canal that had been bothering me. I wasn't sure if I could afford the procedure, but she was very understanding with my budget restraints and insurance policy. She patiently explained my options and was able to do the procedure the following week. Dr. Ashida really helped me out a lot. Thanks so much!
I've had a hard time in the past trying to find a good dentist, but Dr. Ashida changed that. The staff are very nice and the place is really clean. Dr. Ashida is very gentle when she cleans my teeth and I feel comfortable knowing that she will do a thorough job. If you are looking for a dentist in Las Cruces, Dr. Ashida is the best choice.
