I recently attended a small group Breathwork session with Amber. Amber's guidance was supportive, gentle, and intuitive. The atmosphere was comfortable and the group setting added a sense of community and safety. I was able to release emotions I didn't realize I was holding onto and left the session feeling lighter, transformed, and more connected to myself!
Amber's conscious connected breath-work brought my mind to a place of surrender that allowed my body to release trauma I was holding. The elegant and supportive way she facilitates breath-work is very unique. I would 10/10 recommend a breath-work session with Amber!
Amber is amazing! I scheduled a therapeutic massage after an injury that had lead to intense sciatic pain. She took the time to understand my pain and goals and hit every spot! She was very straightforward and let me know what we would achieve. I left feeling like a new person! Would def visit Amber if you have any pain and want releif!
I received so much relief from my massages with Amber, her knowledge of the body, its mechanics and how deeply connected it is to emotions provided me with both release as well as homework! I came in working through old injuries and she navigated with intention and awareness. I highly recommend anyone schedule with her! I will absolutely be back for more sessions
