I have been attending for a number of years The doctors and nurses are very competent What has deteriorated are the administrative staff Once highly competent now lack knowledge and can treat a patient like a lower barn yard animal
All doctors are good. But some reception staff is incompetent, disinterest and careless. They show no interest in helping or solving problem.
i have seen Dr Ryan Duell and he was fantastic. the reception stuff was super helpful and kind!
