I had a phone consultation with Dr. Rowlands today after contacting the surgery this morning to resolve an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The call felt extremely rushed, and I did not feel that my concerns were listened to or properly understood. Shocking surgery absolutely rubbish never have appointments and then deny to see me for a chest infection because they don’t have the equipment apparently worst surgery in wales
Rang surgery last week asking to have a cortisone injection.was told to ring the week after as Drs hadn't opened their calenders yet. Rang at 8.00 this morning,and was number 45 on the waiting list.after 30 mins was told that there were no appointments, to ring next week. Absolutely disgusting, Ash Grove surgery , you need a better system.
Absolutely terrible experience. First the GP didn't prescribe me any medications and told me to just drink water and do nothing. Then they took a test for covid which was A WEEK AGO. In the next few days everytime I called they told me the test isn't out yet. Today (Friday, after a whole week) I called again, was number 5 and after waiting in a queue for ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES, I still haven't got a response, I've been in a queue for hours. They were brilliant with my 1 year old and were able to diagnose him with HFMD with necessary medication. They checked him within the hour and staff couldn't be more helpful
