We are an independent family owned and run body shop. We have 3 sites across the north of Scotland and have over 50 years’ experience in the accident repair trade. Our Body shops all carry the BSI kitemark (BS10125). We can repair any type of vehicle, from small vans, long wheelbase and high-top vans, Luton vans. Camper vans, caravans, 7.5-ton lorries. I had a company van in here for repairs after being side swiped by an HGV. Office staff very friendly and helpful and supplied me with an excellent immaculate courtesy car for two weeks. They kept in touch regularly and made a great job of the van and cleaned it for pick up. Very happy
Fantastic Service from Start to Finish. My Car was brought here by Insurance following a crash, the staff were nothing but nice, they kept me updated, Offered a courtesy car, but I can't use one as a result of losing my driving licence (medical reasons) The standard of the work carried out is excellent all new parts directly from Ford In Germany. Had to get my Land Rover repaired with them due to an insurance repair. Horrendous customer service! No courtesy at all! The most rudest and arrogant customer service you can ever find... Person at the reception whose name starts with D (just trying to be bit respectable so not writing full name here!) could be awarded the worst customer service award for her rudeness and arrogance! Fantastic service from start to finish. Quick turn around and extremely good finish on my car. Offered a courtesy car, but I didn’t need one. My vehicle was in and out in 3 days. Online tracker available but due to the time scale of the repair I had no need to use it. Staff were very helpful and the standard of the work carried out is excellent. Booked my car in to get the N/S wing replaced and door damage repaired and both sprayed. went to pick the car up and was disappointed to see a ripple in the door which looked as if the filler had not been smoothed down. Donald checked the door and agreed to take the car back in after the weekend as it wasn't easy to see the remaining g work due to the wet weather at the time.
