I had to take my 91 year old mother to this clinic for first time as my mother's previous doctor recently retired . So my initial booking to this clinic was very welcoming despite my mother's lack of patience and irritability due to dementia. The staff were very understanding and showed compassion. We saw Dr. Nicholas Buggins as her attending GP. He was very patient ,knowledgeable, compassionate and comforting. He was very attentive with Mum's health concerns despite Mum's being uncooperative and impatient.
Dr Patterson is one of, if not the most, professional and helpful doctors I’ve ever worked with. I have so many medical issues both physically and mentally, and he’s helped me through a great deal of them and actually takes my concerns seriously, such as starting referrals to specialists or helping me starting medications. He shows genuine care and makes taking care of my health a lot less anxiety inducing. I was originally a patient with him through a previous practice, but this one is just as good. Moved 30 km away, but still dragging myself back to this clinic like a loyal ex who knows they’ll be treated right. Dr Meg Cairns and the team run a practice so warm and caring, I half expect them to offer me a cup of tea and ask about my childhood trauma. It’s less “medical centre” and more “emotional support hub with blood pressure cuffs.” I’ve had shorter relationships than my commitment to this place. Dr Eleanor Forster is the best doctor I have ever seen! So friendly and kind, caring and attentive to all my issues. Highly recommend her!
