Our clinic is a renovated Queenslander house and is situated on the western edge of the Ashgrove Shopping Centre with free parking available at the rear. I arrived on time for my appointment but still waited over 20 minutes to be seen — which I understand can happen sometimes. However, I went in specifically for a blocked ear caused by stubborn earwax, something I've had treated by other GPs before using ear flushing or proper cleaning. have been going to ashgrove clinic my whole life - great place & all staff are lovely.
I have never done this before, but this doctor really deserves a review. Today I saw Dr. Hebbin Koo at Ashgrove Medical Clinic. I have been going to Ashgrove Clinic for more than 15 years, and have been seen there by a number of doctors, all excellent. But Dr. Koo really went above and beyond. The level of customer service and satisfaction is exemplary at this clinic. Would not want to be treated anywhere else. This practice goes above and beyond which is so rare these days.
