Receptionist rescheduled my appointment over the phone to a time that doesn’t offer bulk billing, didn’t disclose that at all and then when I asked what was going on as I go to pay and it’s more than double what it should be I am told by the older receptionist with an condescending attitude “it says on our website.” Absolutely taking their patients for a ride and left me crying and broke. Everyone at this clinic is so lovely and kind! I’ve seen a Dr Michael, Dr Leonie and Dr Chantal and everyone is incredible. They all make you feel so cared for and they listen. Thanks team!
