Worst living experience ever. Not to mention the most expensive. I had bugs literally biting me. The whole place was infested. I also got robbed here. They wouldn’t let me out of my lease because I was terrified to live here afterwards. When I did finally move they sent me to a debt collection office for $900 for “new carpet” from my dog. Even though I had paid the $300 pet fee and $150 apartment deposit. I PAID THE $900. It gets better. As far as how things went with seeing the property and the simple application process as well as getting a few special offers because I’m a farmers employee, still waiting on whether I’ve been approved yet but the beginning stages and overall area and layout of the apartment is something you can’t find in OKC especially for this price! The mgr Shawna was great too!
I've lived here for approximately 4 years and can honestly say I've seen these apartment complex get better and better, in fact its a GREAT place to live. There is no worry about security, the up keep or a staff that doesn't care. Come and see for yourself you will not be disappointed.
