These are the WORST apartments I have ever been in. I would say lived in, but I honestly did very little “living” here. I rented a 2 bedroom from and before I even moved my stuff in, I realized there was a roach infestation. There were roaches in every room of the apartment and when I brought it to management, there response was “Well I wouldn’t call it an infestation. I’ve seen worse.” Can you say RED FLAG! Office Staff are wonderful and very responsive! Maintenance team is attentive and pleasant when they come to your home (very respectful of your space). The apartments are nice and for the most part very well kept. The biggest complaint I have is that neighbors don't take pride in the complex. It's the nicest one on this strip, but they make it difficult for the staff by leaving trash everywhere (which the staff is diligent in cleaning up) or they allow their children to run around without supervision, thus allowing things to... read more
Ashford Walk has been one of the biggest blessings I have received so far. These last 4 months have been nothing short of amazing. From my very first day, everyone has been very welcoming. Kati, Marie, and Nate are like family to me now. They are so very helpful and understanding of me, being that this is my first EVER apartment. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. It's a very chill, modern, and fun complex. I recommend 100% Ashford Walk Apartments!
