Pésimo servicio de parte del Dr. me dijeron que todo estaba bien cuando tengo infección, me dieron de alta sin el médico tan si quiera verme y cuando exigí ver el médico me dijo no tienes nada todo está bien. Pero los laboratorios no dicen lo mismo. Es una pena un hospital tan caro y prestigioso, que estén trabajando sin dedicación ni profesionalismo.

The general operator was kind and transfered my call to Nuclear Medicine, but they kept me on hold for 24 minute, before even asking who was calling and why! I call the Nuclear Medicine department again directly and was hung up. Yet when you are billed, the patient is expected to pay promptly!! 🤔. I managed a Call Center for 12 years and I know when the call is hung up! Dissappointed
Despite a minor language barrier, we were able to receive excellent and timely care.
