I moved in last summer and have really enjoyed my apartment! It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I have a renovated apartment with new cabinets and hardwood floors, it's really pretty. I'm close to work and my kid's school. And my dog LOVES the big dog park. The guys and girls in the office are so sweet!
It is now called Ashford Northwest. Previously owned by Capital Assets and now owned by Laramar. The management is very rude and snotty. They have been randomly making up new rules and policies and forcing residents under old contracts to abide by these new rules/policies. They don't give you any warning that they are working on new rules/policies and threaten to fine or evict you if you don't abide by these news changes. They have recently enacted a "POOL FEE". These apartments are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. My washer was broken when moved in. it took them 4 weeks to get a different one! Maintenance locked my dog in my bedroom with no food or water when I wasn't home. I've only lived here five weeks and I'm already tired of dealing with this place! Oh and my apartment is flooded right now!
Lived here 2 years now, we like the vaulted ceilings and the fact that every apartment has its own washer and dryer. Better than most apartment complexes around here, unfortunately the neighborhood keeps getting worse. It is gated.
