After our walkthrough some things have still not been addressed. We have a huge hole in our pantry (you can still see the blue tape from our walkthrough) with no vent, there is another hole in our hallway that has a vent, however there is no filter, there is a big dip in our front yard that has not been filled, and our neighbors irrigation is FLOODING our backyard (you can see our dead tree from it being overwatered).
