After our walkthrough some things have still not been addressed. We have a huge hole in our pantry (you can still see the blue tape from our walkthrough) with no vent, there is another hole in our hallway that has a vent, however there is no filter, there is a big dip in our front yard that has not been filled, and our neighbors irrigation is FLOODING our backyard (you can see our dead tree from it being overwatered). We built our home with Ashford in 2018 and could not have made a better decision. This is our 3rd and last home to be built, they were by far the best experience we've had Thank you.
