Jay went above and beyond to help me with my watches. He worked around my schedule, was incredibly patient and caring, and made me feel like I was dealing with family. I felt completely comfortable trusting him with my jewelry. I had tried another local option, but the personal care I received from Jay really stood out. I would recommend this place to everyone it is one of a kind When my now fiance asked what kind of engament ring I wanted I had no idea. UNETHICAL CROOKS! I bought a watch on their website, tried it on and after a few days the watch stopped working. I went to return it, they refused my return and sent the watch back to me and said no refunds, told me to keep the defective watch, they refused to refund me. Very unethical, unprofessional. I would never recommend buying from these Jewelers ever. There are much better reputable ethical companies out there. Buyer beware.
