I found Dr Amy Li to be the most thorough GP that I have ever been to. She took time to listen, understand and then look for solutions and explained everything in detail and what she was recommending to do.

I've been seeing Dr Rhea for a couple of years, and she is fantastic - very thorough, patient, and easy to talk to. The admin staff are also wonderful. Every single person I have spoken to from admin has been friendly, helpful, and understanding. Recently I needed to see Dr Rhea but she was unavailable. Lisa from admin put me on a cancellation list for the next available Dr but also gave me several contact numbers for alternative services just in case. I absolutely do not recommend Ashford Avenue Family Practice. They show no interest in their clients and are consistently running late without any excuse, assuming this is normal. There aren't even enough seats in the lobby, so I had to stand while waiting for my already delayed appointment. 20 minutes past my scheduled time, my doctor took another patient without notifying me of the delay or offering an apology. I've been here more times than I would like over the past year or so and the team here are superb. They really care about their patients and it shows from the team at reception to the very thorough and caring doctors. Dr Olivia is a brilliant doctor - I am so glad I found her for our family. She's always open to finding a solution, always ensures she takes the time to understand the issue/s, always follows up on results and next steps, and genuinely cares.
