I have been a long time patient of this clinics, back to when it opened on Brown Street. The waiting space was a lot larger, however I believe there weren’t as many rooms. The reports were always done on time and in a quick manner. Now that they’ve expanded onto Hercules St, not only did I wait 3 weeks to get a report for a simple knee cray; there was no explanation for it. 3 weeks is an absurd amount of time for a report on x-ray considering it is one of the more simple procedures and straightforward scans to examine. I visited this radiology center recently for an urgent scan, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Before going in, I read several online reviews and was a bit hesitant, as many of the newer reviews were quite negative. However, my experience was completely the opposite — and I’m really glad I decided to go. I've been coming here about 3 years now and every single visiting i come out so happy with the customer service as well as the service provided.. this whole team is absolutely AMAZING.. thank you to everyone for doing such a great job! I wrote the above without reading the reviews. Read some and came back to write the below. To everyone complaining about waiting... they are super busy and trying to attend to everyone... with MANY places these days that you'd need to go that provide this service, medical centre, hospital etc ... read more

I had to wait an entire week just to secure the very first appointment of the day at 8:30am, thinking it would help me avoid delays. I arrived promptly at 8:29am, only to be left sitting there endlessly with no explanation. Meanwhile, the receptionist seemed far more interested in chatting on the phone about personal matters than in doing her job. Not once did she offer any update or apology.
