I had to wait an entire week just to secure the very first appointment of the day at 8:30am, thinking it would help me avoid delays. I arrived promptly at 8:29am, only to be left sitting there endlessly with no explanation. So unorganised, always running late, always behind the booking time by at least half an hour. It is challenging to handle the delay if you are fasting or should hold a full bladder. I have been here twice and will never come back.

Rubbish.. Reports not available for a week. Wasted time and money with specialist appointment with no available reports or scans

Booked in for an ultrasound examination today and the experience is exceptional. Greeted by the reception and didn’t need to wait at all to be taken in despite the clinic being fully booked. The sonographer Queenie is so gentle and knowledgeable, she explained as she goes and synched the insertion of the vaginal equipment with my breathing. There’s no discomfort at all and it was bulk billed. Thanks for the professionalism and kindness.

Do not bother with this place! I was fooled by their long opening hours on Saturday but in return have received absolutely rubbish service. I had an Xray and ultrasound done on 1st Feb and was told my Dr would have reports in 3 days.. it is now the 11th Feb and my Dr has received nothing still. What a joke , dont use this place unless you want your scans done but never to hear back😂
