The people who make up this Company, that has a lot of potential, are trash (low life, degenerates). For the most part, they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonorable. They hire and promote people just like them, leaving highly qualified people such as myself out of work. Worked here about 3 years ago when it was Ashfield Engage and did not have a good experience with the work culture. Management in my department were very biased and unprofessional, showing favoritism to the worst ones (like attracts like, I guess). I even endured bullying from some colleagues and management would just act like they don't notice while they praised my bullies and treated me like an outcast. Straight trash
My experience at Ashfield is not a good one at all. The job expectations are not clear, yet, you are written up for minuscule things. Leadership is not helpful or supportive. The turn over rate is so high and I understand why. There are no opportunities for advancement with extreme favoritism. The pay is low compared to other similar companies.
