I’ve been here several times and they have been very efficient and helpful. The people leaving reviews and referring to the age and ethnicity of staff should be ashamed of themselves. I would say the clientele in Ashfield are an issue, the doctors are good
I would not recommend this Medical Center located on the second floor of the Ashfield mall (Ashfield Healthcare & Dental). Unfortunately, my experience with a particular doctor there—an older GP of Indian origin—has been very unprofessional. On two separate occasions, I noticed that she didn't seem to have the medical knowledge to diagnose either my partner or me without resorting to Google. I went this morning to have a blood test done. The receptionist ( old lady with glasses). Was very unhelpful and when I asked if it was any one working to take the blood test after been waiting for half an hour with the number one with no clue why it was such a long wait. She rudely reply. Don't you hear the baby inside crying off course there is someone there!. terrible experience with lady, she was someone very special, never had experienced before. Trying to apologise for her behaviour but sorry it's magic word. nothing but disrespectful angry lady who made me feel terrible and shamed. I didn't remember her name as I run away and her chasing me to sign the Medicare paper so she will get money for disrespecting patients and doing nothing but upsetting me.
