gotta be the worst GP receptionist i've ever called
I agree with all the reviews, terrible doctor who clearly doesn't want to be there. I'm considering lodging a formal complaint to the relevant authorities. She rough handled my son who had a viral infection and when we asked for medical certificate so he can stay home to recover she said no, come back for another one. I have never encountered a doctor like that. Wish I can put zero stars.
The director of this centre needs to review his/her staff that is employed at this centre from all the negative reviews that has been received. This is not the norm to have such poor rating. Dr Birra needs a review. She is obnoxious, unhelpful, uncommunicative and indifferent about patients. I recommend anyone needing to see a doctor to avoid her. The director needs to review some of the doctors you have employed at this centre. Dr Birra needs a review. She is unhelpful, uncommunicative and doesn’t care about patients. Unfortunately have to agree with other reviews here that Dr Birra is not a good GP. I have seen her many times and am not necessarily expecting my GP to be wonderfully kind and lovely, but I do expect them to know about how to help me as their patient. She has given me the wrong medication multiple times and clearly couldn't have cared less when I told her it wasn't working, even after months of trying.
