I went this morning to have a blood test done. The receptionist ( old lady with glasses). Was very unhelpful and when I asked if it was any one working to take the blood test after been waiting for half an hour with the number one with no clue why it was such a long wait. She rudely reply. Don't you hear the baby inside crying off course there is someone there!. terrible experience with lady, she was someone very special, never had experienced before. Trying to apologise for her behaviour but sorry it's magic word. nothing but disrespectful angry lady who made me feel terrible and shamed. I didn't remember her name as I run away and her chasing me to sign the Medicare paper so she will get money for disrespecting patients and doing nothing but upsetting me. Had to go here as my lovely GP was unavailable today. Saw the coldest, rudest doctor I've ever come across. Am not surprised she's working in the medical clinic of last resort. I recommend you avoid this place if you can.
Wouldn't allow me to make an appointment, but told me as long as I came in by 3pm the doctor would see me. Came in at 2:30pm only to be told the single doctor on staff had decided to stop seeing patients for the remainder of the day despite the sign at reception saying she was in until 6pm. I took the damn day off work to see a doctor, and this is honestly ridiculous and unprofessional. I assume this clinic is only still in business because it bulk bills.
