I canceled my appointment over the phone, but they still keep sending me messages for an appointment this week. I’m giving them one star to make sure that somebody acknowledges that I canceled this and that I do not get charged.

Would not recommend this place for a visit. I was not given grace for missing appointments for my twin daughters. My girls play high school basketball and our plans changed last minute. I work in a provider office as well and I understand every aspect and expectation with importance of appointments missed and what that does to the provider, front office, medical assistant etc., but the rudeness of how it was handled was not called for because I was not given a chance to explain, and I was not rude and my tone was professiona... read more
Visited twice and waited over an hour each time. After the first visit, Dr. Goodwin said to come back in 2 months, which the woman at the front desk had a real problem with. I was finally able to negotiate my way into an appointment 3.5 months later. On my second visit, after another long wait, Dr Goodwin didn't really remember anything about me or the plan of treatment she gave. She really only wanted to talk about vaccines which have nothing to do with my lady parts.
