I had the pleasure of working with Eric and his entire staff for what I think they would perceive as a simple little job, yet I was treated as if I was buying a $300,000 Camper. Great shop. Put the Alucab Contour Canopy on my Gladiator. Got me in in a couple weeks from calling and put on in a day. Everyone there is super nice. If you are from out of town like us, make a vacation out of it- so much to do in Asheville area. Can rent a Jeep from Asheville airport car rentals that is ten minutes away via Lyft and then go explore Pisgah for the day while they do the work.
We had a real emergency when our rooftop tent came loose and was in danger of falling off while we were out. Ethan immediately got to work assessing and re-securing everything safely. He clearly knew what he was doing and didn’t waste any time getting it stabilized and properly fixed. Worth the drive! I drove from south Fla to their Asheville shop and would do it again! I had a small project for them but Ethan and team treated me just as special as a major build. I bought an ARB air compressor from Ford.com thinking I’d have a dealer install it-two dealers later and the ARB was still in the box. One dealer even had me bring ‘em the Bronco only to tell me that their tech didn’t feel comfortable installing it, WTH. We were a long road trip and the Powerbrakes needed to be corrected / bled in our Tundra. AVO was able to fit us in on short notice and took care of the brakes. They are a quality overland shop for 4X4 needs. Ethan, was great in setting us up and giving my boyfriend a tour of the property. We will return to them for our overlanding and 4X4 needs on the east coast. Highly Recommended!!!
