What an exceptional customer service experience! Dan is prompt, kind, courteous and calm. He makes tech challenges simple to navigate and finds the solution(s) quickly. He was glad to explain a few things I didn't understand, as well as troubleshoot with me while working on my computer remotely, in plain terms that were helpful. He has a passion for serving small businesses in the area and approaches his clients with respect. I can't recommend his work and this business more! Don't worry; call ATS.

Would definitely recommend Dan for your tech needs. He is very knowledgeable but unlike many technicians, Dan is also polite and patient.

I couldn't more highly review ATS! Dan and Greg are quick to respond, patient with even the most basic of questions, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They are great about providing recommendations without pushing their own agenda or just trying to make money- I feel they genuinely care for the well being of their customers and their business. Our office called for a appointment March 27th, they were out of town until April 2. Never received a call back. Re-called last week in addition to emailing the business. To date, no response. They were fired before they were hired. If I treated my patients that way, I’d be out of practice. And for the gentleman that referred them to us, he’s a little embarrassed. Typical of computer techies, lots of computer knowledge but no business sense or people skills. I guess you have more business than you need. Touché to you!
