Asheville Smiles Cosmetic and Family Dentistry provided the BEST dental experience for me on Monday, March 24. On this date, I had some fillings done by Dr. Merrell and her dental assistant, Hayley. Dr. Merrell was very knowledgeable, and she explained everything before she started the procedure. In addition, she made sure I understood what to expect. I went to AVL Smiles right before Helene and giving birth and was told that I needed 11 fillings and one extraction of a wisdom tooth that had an additional cavity that would cost me and my family upwards of $4,300 dollars. I was really upset and confused how this could possibly be as I had had quite a bit of work done the previous year but felt I was brushed aside.
