Very helpful and informative! We highly recommend. It’s worth the drive (passing other pool stores) to finally have a store that has friendly service, doing whatever it takes to get our pool where it needs to be. Mitchell worked us in pre Memorial Day to get a new pump wired and installed. I know the service team was heavily booked but Carson and Mitchell made it happen for the holiday weekend. Mitchell is very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. He has a great attitude and did a great job.
Evan and his crew have to be the best in town. We had almost a dozen electricians, pool companies, and Duke energy on our property to to no avail. HOWEVER , when Ashevlile pool and patio came over for a simple maintenance they noticed the shock - AND TO MY AMAZEMENT, they were back out the next week to fix the shock. The cost was well below what I had anticipated. They treat you like family. I would RECOMMEND them as the best local, family-owned pool company around! Tim D.
We had the pool school. It was very informative. Sebastian was our “instructor” and he was able to answer all our questions and even went over everything twice since my husband wasn’t home yet. I would highly recommend them for all your pool needs!
