Zach is an exceptionally well-trained therapist, an excellent listener, and caring person who can work miracles in one session. His thorough knowledge of the body and how it works combined with effective methods and clear communication skills will relieve your pain and teach you how to implement a targeted, specific program at home. Had an appointment with Carrie and she was amazing. Really went above and beyond to identify and resolve pain points. It was exactly what I was looking for. She found areas I didn't know had issues and felt incredibly relaxed and more flexible after the fact. The main reason I went was taken care of and was able to get back to workout routine the following day. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

David is so skilled at what he does!! He has masterful intuition when massaging and a very kind demeanor. My treatment was very specific and brought me a lot of relief.

I’ve been seeing David for a few months now. His mix of techniques is great for keeping my chronic pain from my computer job at bay. Sometimes, he finds a painful spot I didn’t realize I had, then with a simple stretch/release, it’s gone. Feels like magic! He gets to the root problem areas which are often far from where I’m actually feeling the pain. He also has a very relaxed and kind presence. Highly recommend! I love the convenient online booking as well!
