I recently had a Pouchoscopy procedure with Dr. Ted Rheney. I was awake through this procedure and could see on the video screen what he was doing. He explained each step of the procedure. After finishing he took the time to explain in layman’s language other parts of the procedure and what our next steps would be. Dr. Rheney drew pictures of what my pouch looked like. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exceptional ENT doctor. The staff was also friendly and very helpful.
Short wait, pleasant staff and Dr. Seal was not rushed and listened well.
Dr. Roberts is a great doctor, will not give up on trying to diagnose an issue until it is resolved. Great bedside manner.
