I called regarding an appointment to deal with an adult tongue tie and was told I’d have to get a referral from my primary physician first. I clarified this over the phone multiple times and multiple ways. I then booked an appointment with my primary, which took 2 weeks to get in and a $50 co pay and an hour of missed work. My referral came in 2 weeks after that, I called Asheville ENT to schedule this appointment and was told that they only work with tongue tie patients younger than 6 weeks old. The medical team & admin staff are really great. Friendly, highly skilled & knowledgeable. I recommend them to my friends. Ps: you also helped my grandson Ollie & it was a very positive experience.
All the staff was really pleasant and helpful.I was treated with respect and everything was fast and they were able to answer all my questions thoroughly to my satisfaction.Very good place for medical assistance.
