Like several other folks on here, I too purchased a gift card in late June for $50 and have received zero response to any of my inquiries as a follow up. At least 4 separate emails, multiple phone calls (impossible to leave a voicemail), and offers for contactless pickup. If you're closed, I get that, and it would suck because I really enjoyed coming into your store. But you shouldn't say you are open, encourage people to purchase a gift card and taking their money, then just not respond to their inquiries. Just get back in ... read more
I have a $250 gift card I cannot redeem. Email unanswered. Phone message unchanged. Been going on for months now. Enough is enough.
Not take money from customers, refuse to deliver the goods they've purchased, and then not respond to inquiries for five months. That would be a good start.
Answer your suppliers on getting their inventory back and what you owe them!
