Overall it is a good experience. Our initial service visit was for installation of multiple dealer options. It took a great deal of repeated review of items and the list to insure proper installation. And they still messed up a couple. For example, they installed an incorrect part, fortunately we did like it and accepted it. Still willing to come here for service in the future.
We had a flat. The worked us in, patched the tire and even washed our car for a very reasonable price.
