I’ve always had great service once I get a real life person to deal with
The new service representative Jessica over at the quick lane is beyond great. She is fantastic! She is so helpful and was very friendly. She went above and beyond with helping me earn points on my Fordpass app. She is very knowledgeable, and she will do her very best to meet her customers needs. She deserves a raise and high recognition for her absolute superb service.
Great service. Such an improvement from visit a year ago.
