Absolute terrible customer service. I will never use this company again. Sat on hold for 20 minutes awaiting someone in the parts department to pick up, then once someone finally answered the young man was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me. I will take my fleet of 20 company trucks else where. Absolute disgrace to what customer service is. This is how companies go out of business.
I'm giving the parts department five stars because of their employee Ricky. He took the time to look for the parts that I needed and called me first thing in the morning to let me know it was there. He knew I was coming from another state and he went above and beyond to help me out. I didn't have a good experience with the service department.
