I went to Asheville Eye Associates Retinal specialist for evaluation of existing retina condition. The person doing the scanning of the eye pressure bumped the machine while taking the eye reading and the machine poked into my eye. I mentioned this to Dr. Stone later with no response. Next day my eye is sore and red. Called to discuss but was told to apply eye drops every 4 hours and it should clear up over the weekend. Tuesday the eye was totally enflamed. The care I received was good. I also enjoyed the friendly and compassionate staff. My problem was with the doctor I had. He did the procedure well, but as soon as it was done, he was gone. Didn't check to see how I was doing or see if I had any questions. Thankfully the one working with him was accommodating.
