I am pleased with my visits to Asheville Ear, Nose & Throat. Everyone is pleasant when you arrive. The wait is never long and the efficiency and detail of caring is high. Dr. Sluder is not only excellent at diagnosing the problem, but she actually sees and hears me as a person/patient. Don’t suffer another day! Give them a call.
I called regarding an appointment to deal with an adult tongue tie and was told I’d have to get a referral from my primary physician first. I clarified this over the phone multiple times and multiple ways. I then booked an appointment with my primary, which took 2 weeks to get in and a $50 co pay and an hour of missed work. My referral came in 2 weeks after that, I called Asheville ENT to schedule this appointment and was told that they only work with tongue tie patients younger than 6 weeks old.
