The staff is always courteous and efficient. Appoints run on time. While waiting, I hear their interactions with the kids, who are a big demographic at an ENT, putting them at ease. Dr. Seal is always professional and engaging and I believe genuinely cares about his patients wellbeing. I would highly recommend.
Dr Sluder is the BEST. She takes time to evaluate and explain,,then gives a complete treatment plan. WNC is in great hands for all there ENT care
My great experience started with the call to make an appointment. Kind, helpful, informative and got information from me to help staff prepare for my appointment. Got all the paperwork done online. When I arrived they were ready for me. Dr Seal is amazing. Asks questions, listens to questions, carefully examines, analyzes and concludes with a clear understanding of what is going on. He explains it to me in a way I can understand followed by the treatment to be done. Thank you doctor and staff!
Dr Taylor is very knowledgeable, sharing any and all information one needs. I am anxiously awaiting my new hearing aids.
