My experience simply trying to schedule an appointment for my mother was extremely disappointing. Kelly, the scheduler, was unavailable for two consecutive days. We were told we would receive a phone call yesterday to schedule the appointment, but no one ever called. When we called back today, Kelly was again unavailable for several hours. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, only to be told that the supervisor was also unavailable. Terrible counseling staff, so i really can not recommend and am only writing this review so that others will know to stay far away. Counselor was very judgemental, condescending, lacked empathy and displayed poor judgement.
