I would recommend going somewhere else, been there 4 different times for the same issue and charge for something different each time , problem still not fixed and I was told not to come back !!! Last time they tried to sell me batteries and mass air flow sensor saying that was the code they pulled and that that was what’s causing transmission issues now ..
Shop was asked to balance tires but did not. I was told to bring it back for balance at a discounted rate if car was still shaking in front end.
Very helpful. Brought up services that would be coming up.
Liriel was very friendly and efficient. The work on my van was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost. I've been bringing my 2008 Uplander to Asheville Chevrolet since moving to Asheville in January 2017. Just one extremely minor thing, I couldn't find a proper coffee machine in the waiting area. However, the hot chocolate was pretty good! Obviously, this will not keep me from coming back!
