It shouldn't cost over $900 just to charge an air conditioner and replace a plastic fuse cover that costs $45 ??? Then to top it off it has a leak that drained it completely. It took me 20 min to find the leak and recharge with 1234 YF. Being a service manager back in the 80s we didn't cheat our customers . They came back because of trust ! They are not trustworthy . Shame on General Motors for having such a rip off dealership. It cost me a little over $60. To fix the problem.
Service does not usually answer the phone. You have to leave a message. Even though from my observations while I was there no one is really busy. They were on their phones or clicking around in the computer (not helping a person at the time). I had a really long wait for an oil change and tore rotation. An hour and half wait. The service department did discount my total by $5 because of my wait but I was already late for work which actually cost me much more.
Asheville Chevrolet delivered outstanding service. They kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and took the time to offer clear recommendations and practical solutions for both safety and mechanical concerns. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and reassuring. Highly recommend their team.
Lifesavers!!!! On the day before a holiday weekend, this dealership absolutely came to the rescue!!!!!! After a 9 hour trip from Florida, the engine light came on. After being turned away due to no availability from another company, Asheville Chevrolet turned this stressful experience into an amazing one!!!!! If I could give 100 stars, I would!
