It was just easy and painless... Which I'm the medical world makes it memorable. The staff were cheerful (not fake) and efficient and respectful. The medical staff personable and efficient. They made things comfortable. The doc was courteous and respectful and explained things well. I have white coat syndrome. Very anxious at the start but I left feeling listened to and happy. Just a great start. Thank you DR Kersey and staff!
