I arrived early. They took me in as soon as I paid deductible & paper work. Michele spent so much time with me answering All of my many Questions. She is an Absolute wealth of diversified information. Her Manor is kind, compassionate,informative and Not rushed. Can't wait to go back! Should the Need Arise
