Greta has been my teacher for the past three years. She is a gifted yoga teacher. Her classes are clearly sequenced, taught with compassion and are both physically challenging while at the same time relaxing and mindful. It's a skill very few teachers have. I'd highly recommend Greta as your yoga teacher. For a special treat take her backbend classes. Dr. Sheri Katz-Plotkin
