My father passed away during the time of the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Emily was so kind, compassionate, and detail oriented all while dealing with major issues from the storm. I never felt like I was a burden to them even though I knew they had many challenges they were dealing with. I really appreciate them.
In 2019 when a family member passed away, we were referred here by a well known funeral home due to them not being able to provide services because of their cost. In the past 5 years, we’ve had to use Asheville Area Alternative Funeral Home 3 times and all 3 times they have done such an amazing job with our loved ones and treated them and us with respect and kindness!
