We used ASMT in our house closing. They were very good. It seemed like a straight forward transaction until we found out on the closing day that there was a government lien against the house!! We thought the deal would slip away, but they were able to maneuver through the mess and get the closing done. So I would definitely recommend them. I only give them 4 stars because, well, they ARE still lawyers and it would b hard to give any lawyer 5 stars!!
