Awful. Had a 8AM appointment, waited 2 hours and the Doctor wasn't even in the office yet. Not acceptable. This happened TWICE. I now go to a much better Dr. in Albuquerque AND it takes less time (even with the 2 1/2 hr drive) as I don't have to wait!
Very condescending and rude, and she has a ridiculous wait time for a quick visit. Again, another ENMMG practice where the rest of the staff outshines the doctor.
Terrible Doctor Rivers cancelled on me Twice I would not recommend
Very disinterested in my sisters heart. Offered absolutely zero compassion and has horrible manners. No respect for her patients and seems to only be interested in lining her pocket with cash, and not interested in health. I've encouraged my sister to seek another provider and dismiss this horrible doctor.
