I spoke with him over the phone and sent him some pictures of my stove. I didn't have a model number because the sticker had been worn off. Made an appointment for the next day, he came out to my home found the problem and had the part with him to fix it. He then asked about my other appliances and explained some problems I may have with my washing machine based on what I was experencing and the cost possibility with each situation.
